Unfortunately, due to the personalisation of this product, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

Once an order is placed, it can take up to 3 weeks to recieve your items, unless they are personalised. If ordering a personalised item, it can take 6-8 weeks to receive your item.

Orders will not be posted, but will be available to collect at classes.
